BNO: 3861875. I've paid Rs.600 for the DNA newspaper subscription of an year and I was initially told that it would start from the 16th of Sept, then was told that it would start from the 1st of October. The conversation that I've had with one of the customer service executives on the 30th of September is as follows: Reference No: [protected] Customer Service Executive: Garima who stated that the DNA subscription that you’ve availed has been fed in the system and you do not need to approach the nearby vendor, we will have it automatically delivered. I would request you to get the amount that I've paid to them refunded. I'm no more interested in their service. Please revert to this complaint at the earliest.

Updated by Sid Naik What about the day's that I've lost in this bargain without receiving the newspapers that I was supposed to get it from? I had got the coupons starting from the 1st of October, 2016. What would be the course of action to deal with it? I do not need any services from DNA. They are big time liers and have not even given a TAT to me. I would request a refund for the amount that I've paid to them.
