I had size issue with my Puma product so I decided to return the product during the return policy. I also ordered another suitable size product with higher price.
Product was supposed to be picked by[protected] but it's still not happened by[protected]. From last 4 days I am complaining to customer care and Twitter. But no resolution.
On[protected] morning I got message for that executive is out for pickup, I tried to call him but he didn't picked up my call. Same day night I got automatic message that return has been cancelled.
Customer executives were giving me false promise that it'll be still picked up. Today in the app it shows return cancelled. and my return policy is about to end.
I am suppose to leave my place today[protected] for next 20 days so I won't be available at my place.
So eventually I have to keep this unnecessary product and have to bare the price from my pocket.
Flipkart is just forcing people to keep unnecessary product in the name of return policy cause they don't want to receive product and want to give refund to customer.
