Complaint booking no. 1386461 on 9th june 2022 . i have warranty till 25th sep 2022 . after raising complaint i have been receiving one excuse after another finally a month back i received call from technician, he said he will order replacement motor and resolve issues once he received it. 2 weeks back when i contacted him he said he received all parts and will come next day to fix it then every day i call him he keeps saying next day. when i confronted him regarding the same today he was rude and said he will not come and i can do what ever i want .. . i had raised the issue in customer helpline in UMANG app and i finally received reply that company is not responding to them and i can file consumer case against the company after intimating them in writing but they don't have any published email id to contact them.i have been in touch with their wats app contact regularly intimating them on statius still no help Was this information helpful? |
