Kashmira Ameeta Cooperative Housing Society Limited — Habitually ignoring residents complaints make the chairman and the secretary resign immediately.

Any society CHS LTD, of any building, false under the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1986, as they provide services to the residents of that building, against charging them many thousands of rupees every month. And if they fail to provide, the payment could be stopped. No services, no payment.
And if the chairman and the secretary is found habitually ignoring residents' problems, then they have no right to continue to remain in chair. Resign to enable more concerned people occupy these important chairs.

Regarding
Water drops leaking from their AC

1. Refer your above notice warning every resident to take the creative measure at their end to stop water drainage from their AC or you will put fine to them after getting it corrected at society expenses.
2. Here you are in such a hurry to issue the warning with a 15 days notice.
3. But when we pointed out many months back about the leakage from the flat # 40, just above us, and this drainage has caused hell of the damage to our DTH dish antenna, you have taken no action against them. No response at all too. Why?
4. Is it because the chairman mrs Uma Naik, flat 39 happens to be neighbour of flat 40? If no, what is the reason no action had been taken against them for so long and our DTH was allowed to continue to be damaged by continuous water drainage falling from their last room AC.
5. Help your neighbour but at your cost and not at other residents' cost.
6. Now we hold the society completely responsible for all the damages to our DTH, holding them absolutely legally liable to reimburse all the losses and for all the suffering we had to face due to such purposeful deficiency and negligence of the society, under the consumer protection act, 1986.
