I have been a very happy customer of kln motors (Ambattur), but not anymore. I own chev beat - tn 20 bk[protected] model), since day one i have been reaching out to kln motors (Ambattur) for all my car related minor/major issues, i have been a completely satisfied customer till the end of 2015, but my last 2 appointments with kln (Ambattur) has put a question on my mind, "should i continue with kln?".
Today was one among the worst experiences, i had to check the mileage of my car so i fixed an appointment, before i started from my home, i called the kln office and re-confirmed about the appointment as well as the availability of the technicians. After travelling around 8km, the moment i reached kln and gave my appointment details, the only response i got was, "sorry sir we don't have our technicians available today". I really don't understand how such a huge communication gap exits within the kln office. The complete concept of appointments doesn't make any kind of sense at kln. Same way, couple of months back i had an appointment for issues related with ac and wheel braking system. Once i got the car delivered back, i realised that the technicians missed out to check the wheel braking system and i had to again go back to kln to get it done, same way the ac was working absolutely fine a week and again the same issue reverted back. Kln being a service provider not only just act as a service provider but at many a time they do act as a trouble provider.
I'm very sure that if no action is taken, kln gonna loose many of its most valuable customers in the upcoming days. Was this information helpful? |
Still didn't delivered, they are saying reasons .
No proper web communication for them, top level manager are behaving aash.
They charged 2500 extra from the date of booking .
