Lybrate is looting customers by online consultation medium. I have paid 400 Rs for online consultation to a dermatologist and have explained her my problem. Now she replied to me in first go that I had fungal infection on my skin but after that she did not bother to reply back to me for another 20 hrs. I had to call their customer care team, which told me doctor was busy in OPD. She then replied to me instantly in next 15 min after complaint and gave me 2 lotions. On asking prescription she said it is not required for lotion and for tablets visit personally to derma.
After paying entire amount and complaining multiple times, lybrate team is just saying that as per protocol doctors gives first reply in 6 hrs and next in 24 hrs even if they know what is the problem with patient. After paying entire amount patients have to beg for reply from doctors and both lybrate team and doctor try to imply that patients are fools.
Seeing all this I had to personally visit other derma who actually did not go ahead with prescribed lotion and gave me entire new treatment. So I had to pay twice now for some ailment.
Only to hear(get info) that you need to visit to derma they charge complete fees and later said we are not going to refund your money. Was this information helpful? |
