Hi, I am a resident of Ivory Enclave (Nera Pine Homes), Dhakoli, Zirakpur.
We have stray dogs in our locality which create a mence every now and then. Running after two wheelers or barking at a set of people.
They pose a threat and needs to be addressed before causing harm of different nature.
