I had ordered a blackberry z10 phone on 10/10/2015. I received a rock today. I was shocked and tried to reach Customercare. When I explained them about this the executive laughed. My Order No: [protected]. Is this the way they react? Pathetic service by them. I sent several emails to [protected]@paytm.com with photos of the shipment received. They say the issue needs to be investigated. Their customer care number is very hard to reach. It took 2 hours to lodge my initial complaint. I wasted 15000 rupees.
