Pothys — Received the wrong items after paying the bill amount

Today we had reached kochin pothys store. After paying the bill amount we are waiting for the items..We received some items but 2 items are missed out by them.. We suddenly informed the superisor he checked there he can not find the missed items from there. We are from Guruvayoor(Thrissur District- kerala). After discussion with the senior officer we got the amount refund.. But we are not satisfied with that service.. The reason is that we lost our effort, time for selecting the particular items.. We had informed if the item is identified there please courier the item to my address and marked the address in the back side of the bill. Unfortunetly i lost trust upon your company. Kindly note this issue and this case do not repeat to other cistomers also. Thank you
