Dear Sir, i have purchased 18k HUL Marvella ECO purifier in the month of March 2021, in 4 months, 5 times complain raised, due to warranty period, they have changed parts .Today, i have am going to raise complain again and machine is not working. I replaced Kent with HUL with a belief that HUL is brand and will receive quality products & good service but all in vain . Customer service responds after 5 days and due to covid there was waiting period of 2 weeks for parts replacement. Can anyone help me plz Was this information helpful? |
