Sir,

My above 4 wheeler Car Policy was renewed on 18/12/2019 by paying the Renewal premium via. CC Avenue on line but still on date on verification it was found that my new policy had not been dispatched so far & also by logging my account in Reliance General Insurance website I am not able to see the renewed policy details.

Please resolve the issue immediately.

im complaining regarding policy transfer

damage claim

If i taken insurance with maruthi insurance i will get 100% claim including gst amount.

The reliance general insurance is not good at all. They were not ready to settle the total loss amount vehicle which is affected by flood. Its a full cover insurance. Even though they are not ready to settle amount. Total cost they estimated for the vehicle is 363, 755 vehicle idv and they only transferred 326, 469. But through yet i have received around 58 call from there customer service to remind me of reneval of insurance.
