Learning that Santamonica is arranging travel to canada via third country, I contacted one of the associate Mrs. Thushara.
As per her instruction we paid advance of Rs.10000 for ticket on 4th July. But apart from various date change, excuses nothing happenes.
We landed up in Canada on 26th july through another service provider, who made our travel hassle free and handled with atmost professionalism.
For past 10days I am doing follow-up for the Refund.
Eventhough I Couldn't avail your service, I was a pottential customer. Expect immediate action on this.
