Vle Bazaar Private Limited — Deficiency of services and defective product

I had placed an order for a 'Mi Band 6 fitness band' with order ID 2324954 on the 12th of July 2023. Thereafter the order kept getting delayed and I sent out an email to the support team requesting for an update on the order on 22nd July 2023. On 24th July 2023, I submitted a request for cancellation of the order. One Mr. Abhishek Singh from the VLE team confirmed the cancellation of the order in response to the ticket raised to the VLE team in this regard. On 25th July, Mr. Abhishek confirmed the cancellation of the order. On 29th July 2023, I followed up with the support team once again on the status of the refund. On 2nd August 2023, Mr. Abhishek responded that the refund had been initiated and the amount was scheduled to be refunded on the 5th of September 2023. An email was also received confirming that the order had been canceled on the 2nd of August 2023. On 6th August 2023, I informed the VLE team that the order was placed over a month ago and a subsequent wait time of one month for a refund was highly unacceptable. Following this, the order was shipped and was delivered to me on 14th August 2023. Upon receiving the order, I realized the product was defective and would not switch on despite charging it for a few hours. Following this, I informed VLE team that the order was defective but no response was received from the team as on the date of making this complaint.
