I am very disappointed with my purchase of Whirlpool Refrigerator dated[protected] from your authorized dealer Razzle Dazzle as the product has failed within 2 months of purchase. I am attaching my invoice and also the job card of the repair done on a brand new refrigerator with Ticket number DEL[protected]. This incident proves that I have received a defective product and want you to replace the product as soon as possible as I can not trust on this product to deliver hassle free service going forward. I had options to buy other brands as well however i went ahead with Whirlpool as my older refrigerator was also Whirlpool and had given us hassle free usage of more than 10 years. Unfortunately i do not have the same confidence for the product i purchased recently. I request you to replace the product as soon as possible so i can be confident of the product and service of a reputable brand like Whirlpool.
