अंतर्गत NAGAR NIGAM द्वारा विकसित की जा रही सोसाइटी जिसका नाम AHANA ENCLAVE है मे फ्लैट लेने हेतु दिनांक 16 अप्रैल 2022 को आईसीआईसीआई बैंक से आवेदन पत्र को लेकर दिनांक 27 अप्रैल 2022 को रूपये 150000 के साथ आवेदन पत्र को जमा कर दिया | जिसके उपरांत दिनांक 27 अक्टूबर 2022 को विभाग द्वारा सुचना दी गयी की आपका आवंटन स्वीकार कर लिया गया है और आपको जल्द ही आवंटन पत्र लिखित आते पर भेज दिया जायेगा | किन्तु अनुमानित 01 माह बीत जाने पर प्रार्थी द्वारा उक्त मोबाइल नंबर पर संपर्क किया गया तो उसे सूचित किया गया की उसका आवंटन पत्र अपूर्ण पता होने के कारण वापस आ गया है और आप उसे कार्यालय आकर प्राप्त कर लें || प्रार्थी दिनांक 06दिसंबर 2022 को कार्यालय पंहुचा और विभाग कर्मचारी श्री RAJKISHOR जी द्वारा उसको आवंटन पत्र दिया गया, क्यों की प्रार्थी को उस फ्लैट को लेने हेतु लोन की आवस्य्क्ता थी तो उसने पहले ही बैंक से संपर्क कर बैंक द्वारा मांग जो की NOC और BAUNDRY CERTIFICATE के लिए उक्त कर्मचारी से कहा तो कर्मचारी द्वारा लिखित अवदेन देने को कहा गया जिसमे प्रार्थी द्वारा एक लिखित पत्र दें दिया गया किन्तु विभाग द्वारा उस पर किसी प्रकार की कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं की जाने पर प्रार्थी दोबारा कार्यालय मे प्रस्तुत हुआ तो उसे अअस्वासन दिया गया की उसको लिखित पत्र प्राप्त होगा जायेगा जो की 02 माह बाद प्राप्त तो हुआ किन्तु मांग के आधार पर नहीं था तो प्रार्थी द्वारा दिनांक 22 february 2023 को पुनः रजिस्टर्ड डाक द्वारा पत्र भेजा गया जिसका कोई भी जवाब विभाग द्वारा नहीं दिया गया उक्त के आधार पर प्रार्थी द्वारा पुनः 02 माह बाद दिनांक 01अप्रैल 2023 को रजिस्टर्ड डाक द्वारा पत्र भेजा गया उसका भी विभाग ने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया तो प्रार्थी चुब्ध होकर इनके कार्यालय पंहुचा तो उसे सूचित किया गया की AHANA ENCLAVE का कार्य अब NAGAR NIGAM की अन्य शाखा जो की ZONE-08 ASHIYANA ROAD पर है वहा संपर्क करने पर प्रार्थी को एक लिखित पत्र विभाग के डाक विभाग को रिसीव करने को कहा गया और प्रार्थी ने वैसा ही किया भी किन्तु उसका भी कोई जवाब विभाग द्वारा नहीं दिया गया || प्रार्थी का लोन पूर्ण दस्तावेज प्राप्त न होने के कारण बैंक द्वारा काम कर दिया गया और बैंक ने 2680000 रुपये की DD बनाकर दें दी जो की प्रार्थी द्वारा दिनांक 09जून 2023 को विभाग के अकाउंट मे जमा करा दी जिसकी जमा पर्ची भी विभाग को रिसीव करा दी और एक लिखित पत्र देकर पूछा गया की उक्त राशि के जमा होने के उपरांत बची हुई धनराशि बता दी जाये जिसे प्रार्थी जमा कर सके किन्तु विभाग द्वारा कोई भी जवाब प्रार्थी को नहीं भेजा गया || दिनांक 27 जनवरी 2024 को विभाग द्वारा मांग पत्र भेजा गया जिसमे शेष धनराशि के अलावा रुपये 231629 और 88 पैसे का अतिरिक्त ब्याज भी दर्शाया गाय था जिसके लिये प्रार्थी ने विभाग के कर्मचारी RAJKISHOR व सह कर्मचारी RISHU जी से संपर्क कर जानना चाहा की प्रार्थी पर अतरिक्त ब्याज क्यों लगाया गया है तो पुनः उन्होंने एक लिखित पत्र देने को कहा जिसे प्रार्थी द्वारा दिनांक 05 फरवरी 2024 को विभाग के डाक विभाग को रिसीव करा दिया गया है किन्तु विभाग द्वारा किसी प्रकार का कोई भी संवाद अभी नहीं प्राप्त हुआ है || अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है की उक्त लिखित बातो को संज्ञान मे लेते हुए विभाग की कार्य शैली की जाँच की जाये और प्रार्थी को न्याय दिलाया जाये जिसमे उसके द्वारा जमा राशि जो की 2830000 को सुरछित किया जाये और लगे ब्याज की माफ़ी दिलाई जाये जिसमे प्रार्थी की कोई गलती नहीं है || आपकी महान कृपा होंगी || प्रार्थी आशीष कुमार...
