I had paid in advance for 3 months and I was told that the Router and Modem would be provided free of cost.
I was talking to sales associate, Revathi Naidu. She promised that Router and Modem would be provided free of cost.(I have the chat transcript as evidence)
On (26-Oct), when the guys came to my place for installation, they said they don't have the modem and router and told me that I am entitled for free Router and Modem.
I raised a complaint regarding this and asked your team to refund, if you guys cannot keep up the commitment. From then on, there has no communication from you guys. When I tried calling the customer service, they said it will be resolved within 48 hours (that is 48 hours after I raised the complaint) !
I wrote an email to your nodal officer (nodalofficer.[protected]@actcorp.in)
From yesterday onwards when I tried reaching your customer care, it says number doesn't exist !! Looks like you have deliberately blocked my number. If that is malicious and unfair business practice. After this, I am really pissed off.
Glad that I got to know your quality of customer service even before I took the connection
