Anamee — wrong saree received. no customer support.

I had purchased a saree from anamee.in on 24th june 2020 for rs 999 & recieved it on 3rd july 2020 but unfortunately it is the wrong product. My order number is #2315.

I mailed them on the same day & told them to look into the matter as soon as possible & send the expected saree or if that is not possible atleast refund the amount.

Tried to call the number given on their website but couldn't connect.

I again mailed them on 10th july that i have paid rs.999 for the saree. Deduct the delivery charges rs.150 according to your return policy & paytm me rs.849 on my number. The saree received is wrong & is not even good quality. You are not even replying so let's end the matter here or else i will have to report it.

Still there was no reply.

I saw their ad on facebook & commented my issue there but they deleted my comment.

There is no revert from their side till today. Highly disappointed. Money wasted.
