B.E.S.T. Undertaking Customer Care's response With reference to your High Bill complaint, it was observed that your Old meter no. D099354, billed under A/c[protected] was replaced for the reason 'No Display'.
During the period of No Display, your meter was billed on estimated units auto generated by the system.
Thereafter the defective meter was replaced on 30/10/2018 by new meter no. E145597.
Now your are billed as per consumption recorded by new meter.
