Hi, I bought a watch vertex on oct 28 2021, have got it replaced 5-6 times now. The product quality is low. Customer support is bad. They say they will call back but I have still not received the call. Have got watch replaced for various reasons- display issue, sensor issue, battery issue, not working properly after water splash while washing hand. Please look into your specifications and reevaluate if the product is satisfying all those conditions. Also train your staff about products speciation and what it means. They were surprised to know that IP67 means it can handle water splashes.
Here are the ticket number for one single product

[protected] july - the watch was not replaced this time and you sent me same product on 1 August saying all test reports are fine. I had to send it for replacement again for sensor issue in just 10 days.

[protected] march - display issue
There was one on 26 Feb also physical replacement done for display issue
Product quality is bad. We are seeking full refund from the company. You can take your product back. I have had enough of mental agony and harassment for your product and company.
