Location: ccd gk2, new delhi found a big cockroach in my cafe frappe and no one was sorry about the incident. I have not received a call from the owner or the manager and when the incident was brought to their notice, all they did about it was to offer another drink, which is ridiculous and demeaning. It is scary to know that a big franchise like ccd, based in such a posh locality is taking hygiene so lightly. Is it not their first priority to get a fumigation done? Are we paying to fall sick and get mistreated by these companies? Clearly they have failed to prioritize hygiene and customer service and they do not deserve to be running. I request you to take strict action please so that they start taking hygiene more seriously. It truly was a disgusting sight and realization that i had finished a drink that had a huge cockroach in it. It was chocroach shake! I could have easily created a ruckus but because i thought they will get back to me with an apology and the manager could have lost his job, i decided to not make a hue and cry. But sadly, they take their customers for granted is what i have come to realise and i want justice, not for myself only but also for others. Thank you. Regards, ritika
