I am unable to pay cesc bills online and your website is showing that "SORRY, ONLINE PAYMENT NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE CONSUMER AT THIS MOMENT... I was able to pay bills successfully in the prior periods.

CESC House, Chowringhee Square, Kolkata, West Bengal, India - 700001
I am experiencing an weird issue while trying to pay bill online for june'14 using CESC website.
Previously the same facility i used without any hassle.
The Customer Number(11 digits) which are there in the monthly bill are not recognised as a valid number when I am trying view the monthly bill for month of june'14 online which is pretty strange.
