dish tv selected channels not activated last 10 days

Dear sir. I the s k shivayogimath. I have taken dish tv dth connection from 5/2/2019 my vsc no_[protected], as per trai statement i selected my channels from last 10 days, but service provides are not ready to activated selected channels, so many times i requested dish tv customer care, messaged, emailed with tocken number & i reacharged sufficient amount. Kindly take necessary action against them. Others also suffering due to loss of money....

complaint regarding channel selection and customer service

According trai's new rules for channel selection for choosing channel so i try to choose my channel but company do not support and responding. The wedsite of dish tv not giving me option to choose channles after doing recharge and the behavior of the customer care of the company's is not satisfying and not giving right information to solve my problem. pack not being updated

I have 2 dish tv connections 1 parent and 1 child [protected] have put multiple request to update my pack i have received token numbers as well but my seevice provider is not helping me
My pack is not being updated
When i call them they say madam ho jayega..
I ask them the the time frame they say they dont have time any time frame..
Or ask me to put request again.....

mera apna pack not activated

I am a customer of dish tv and my vc no is [protected]. I have changed my pack from south all sports to mera apna pack through my dish tv app and website. I did this nearly 5 times n still it's in south all sports pack. I requested customer care executives to fix the issue. I have not received any positive response from them till date. Pls sort out the issue immediately.

not provide proper guidance and executive behaviour or talking manners not good

I try to contact customer care before 15 days but executive not helps me or not proper guides. I changed 3 times channel selection packages because of executives. If i said activate one channel then they were activate it but deactivate existing channel. Same process i did 2 times. Now today i called to repeat selection of channels. But executive said i am not activate your channels.

unable to receive otp for channel selection

I tried to register using dish tv application and through their web portal, otp never gets received, trying for last 10 days. Tried to contact customer service using their numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected] but numbers are always busy, luckily i was able to connect with customer service once but they disconnected the call when i reported my issue. i am unable choose channel of my choice on dish tv web site and mydish app

Dish tv is charging rs.458. And providing me the channel from its own choice and promoting their own channel by default like

Zee all in 1 hindi hd, times boquet 1 hd, marathi premium hd (Although i do not know marathi).

102 low balance error not fixed

I have been trying to contact dishtv since past week. I have reacharged for 2000 but tv is still showing error of 102 low balance. Till now not fixed. I am simply losing my recharge money. Worst service by dishtv. Either you fix the issue by end of day or i am planning to move to other operator...this is not the firsf time i am facing this issue....

Such a pathetic service! I have activated the highest titanium hd plan so that we don't miss any channels. When i checked my account today i see an add on pack worth 54 has been added automatically. Do you think consumers are fools? If you provide such services you have to close one day. I have written to [protected]@dishtv.in with details. If you can look into it well and fine else i am moving back to my local cable operator.

im not a subscriber of dish tv but they have been calling every day and disturbing for 5 years
