I am Sribas Sarkar, a DishTV customer since 4 years. I have paid 1 year subscription at a time for every 4 years since taking my connection from DishTV.
From last 5 days back my set top box is not working and a call docket No[protected] on 09/09/2022 to DishTv Customer care.
But till date no technician visit to my place and replace the faulty set top box. Whare as customer care person told me that it will change with in next 48 hrs.
Please help me to extend my subscription date which was expired on 06.11.2022 and I am not get service from DishTv in proper time. Was this information helpful? |
