As per new trai rules we have to select our channel package. For which channels i have recharged my d2h connection, they are not showing me my channels, they have stopped many of them. I'm tried to call videocon customer care more than 200 times. But they are not reachable or call disconnect suddenly or they are busy. So my point is, if they are taking money for every channel thn why are they not showing me those channels. And if they are not showing me all channels thn how can they take charges for that. And for that clearance i have called them, and i tried their mobile application and their website also but every so gle way of communication is been failed. So i can't select my channel as per new trai rules also. But still they are taking money. So this is the clear fraud with customers. Plz do something for this. Waiting for reply.
