To provide context, I have made over ten unsuccessful attempts to settle this loan, and the obstacles I have encountered have left me extremely dissatisfied. My main grievances are as follows:

Lack of Contact Number: CRED App does not provide a contact number for customer support, which makes it challenging to seek immediate assistance for urgent matters.

Exclusive Chat Support: The platform exclusively operates through chat support. While I understand the convenience of this method, it has not proven effective in resolving my issues promptly.

Net Banking Limitations: I have encountered a limitation where CRED only accepts net banking payments up to INR 2 lakhs. This limitation prevents me from settling the loan fully through this method.

Debit Card Payment Issues: I have attempted to make payments using my debit card, but they consistently fail to process. This has added to my frustration and uncertainty about settling the loan.

Lack of Response for Alternative Payment Methods: Despite my repeated requests for alternative payment solutions, I have received no response from your support team. This lack of communication further compounds my frustration.

As a result, I have been paying EMIs when I would prefer to settle the loan in its entirety. The overall experience has raised concerns in my mind, making me question the legitimacy of this process.

I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving these issues and facilitating a smooth closure of my CRED Cash Loan. Your prompt attention to this matter would greatly alleviate my concerns and restore my trust in the CRED platform.
