I recently purchased a pair of wireless buds from Fire-Bolt via Flipkart, excited to experience their touted quality and performance. However, upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to discover that it was defective. Despite my attempts to reach out to Fire-Bolt's customer service team and request either a refund or a replacement, I have yet to see any action taken on my request.
It's been nearly 15 days since I first reported the issue, and I have received no indication from Fire-Bolt that they are working to resolve the problem. Their response so far has been dismissive, stating that a return is not possible and that they will only replace the product. However, even this promise of a replacement has not materialized.
This lack of accountability and follow-through from Fire-Bolt is deeply concerning. As a customer, I expect to receive products that meet the advertised standards, and when issues arise, I rely on the company to address them promptly and effectively. Unfortunately, Fire-Bolt has failed to meet these expectations, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the entire experience.
I am now considering taking legal action against Fire-Bolt to seek recourse for the defective product and the lack of satisfactory resolution.
