I ordered " asus laptop" on 25th october. Order id - od[protected]. Today (31st october) i got a bundle of a4 size paper inside of the flipkart branding wrapped box instead of the laptop.
This is highly unacceptable from one of the largest e-commerce sites in india. When you sell a product from a seller to a customer the customer has high expectations, there is a reason why people prefer flipkart than other e-commerce sites for buying products as it is the one stop shop online. If this is the current scenario for you guys then am very sorry to say that you guys are a shame in the name of e-commerce. Please take necessary steps for this as a lot of money is at stake and not only me but any customer would expect a speedy remedy to this disastrous activity which has been done by flipkart. I can go to peoples consumer forum for this inhuman activity which i faced as a buyer. I am waiting for you peoples intervention here and neither the product was received nor any sort of communication or actions has been initiated by the flipkart executives. This is shambolic and highly ridiculous from your end and a complete harassment for customers like me who rely on online shopping for most of the day to day products we use. At least show some professionalism and do the needful steps as the money is stuck and the product was not received.

Till now i have been to my humble best and this is the time where i am gonna lose my cool and this time the thing has boiled down to such a state where i will be force to seek legal action against the so-called e-commerce giant namely flipkart and its fraud activities. After they misplaced my laptop with a4 sheets inside the package and after several requests and incidents and evidence, all i got was dates from flipkart and nothing else, nothing was said or provided as a concrete solution. This is some kind of a joke? Once the consumer-forum knocks the door of flipkart you will come to your senses. Date after date was given but not the money which was said to be refunded, i have checked with the bank everyday but they were so transparent they showed with the reference no. That no transaction occurred. There was no money credited to my account, and flipkart executives and authorities are so naive and vulnerable at their own words that they are not 1% transparent, they have not provided any evidence showing the fact that the money was successfully transferred to my account and even if the transaction doesn't get successful the money rolls back to the parent account which is flipkart's account. I will take this to consumer forum and will file a lawsuit against you people. This is high time. I have all the recordings from your # customer bpo executives, highly disgraceful and ridiculous act from flipkart. You bloody hypocrites will get to know the real deal once you face the legal axe of perjury and this deceptive skulduggery.
