Dear honor service team.

This is regarding the hand set honor play mobile delivered today phone display defective issue(blue colour circle type pixel issue) .

Hi team i have disappointed with the defective honor product and lost trust & excitement i kindly request for refund of cash.

The product got delivered today and same day issues not acceptable.I have visited authorised honor service centre indiranagar they told to call customers service for resolving the problem.

2 weeks had been gone, 4 email sent and half a dozen phone calls made. But still your company not giving me invoice of my order..
