Date on 25/02/2014 at 7766 km vehicle was having issue of clutch
The service center has rectified the rectified the problem with the clutch and Overhaul the clutch system under billable basis and vehicle was o.k.
The warranty of a clutch plate is 40000kms.Even though this was informed to us after the bill was paid
Then again on 16/12/2015 at 16663 km (odometer) vehicle brake down and wer took the vehicle to nearest service center (S8803:-Advaith Motor, Ramnagar) and then there find the same clutch issue and replaced the whole things on billable basis .
How can the same problem occur that too with in 8897 km of vehicle run.This possible as we have enough experience in car driving.(me and my father).
The service center claims that this happened due to light application of the handbrake.this is not possible as there was no evident damage to the brake shoe.The Service center also claimed that this happens due to light application on the clutch for a long time.This is an invalid reason, if this is the case then there is a serious problem in the manufacturing.
Our family has had 3 cars till date and none of the cars has faced this kind of issue.The service Center blames the driver of the car for this incident to occur without even examining the vehicle and bases his claims without even knowing the history of the driver.
The Service center and the manufacturer are not taking any responsibility for this.An amount of[protected] cannot be paid every 7000kms for the damages.Action has to be taken and the vehicle has to be examined thoroughly.The part has to be examined and the possibility of a defect in manufacturing has to be considered.
If this continues loss of money will occur frequently and the damage to vehicle also will be more.
