Dear Sir,
I want to bring to ur kind notice that i booked complaint under service call reference no 00178912 on 8/02/2022 for replacement of broken part of cartridge of 3 in one diverter o[censored]r company which is under warranty. But technician Mr.Sunil refused to replace it free of cost.
So I request u kindly direct concerned person to replace it free of cost as it is under warranty.
I have used all the fittings o[censored]r brand in my double story kothi and spent many lakhs of rupees on ur product. But refusal o[censored]r technician to replace broken or defective part free of cost is a great mental harassment to me.
I have recommended ur brand to many of my friends and students.
I hope a person o[censored]r calibre and status with a heart of gold and head abilities will look into matter and honour the warranty commitment of company and replace it free of cost. Attaching photograph for your reference.
