I had ordered a leather jacket in LEATHER RETAIL brand from Myntra.com on 8th July & Jacket delivered @ my address on 12th July.

When I opened and checked the jacket, got to know the material is not Leather at all..instead it is PU (Fake) material but on myntra.com, website is showing Leather...

I have ordered 2 roadster tshirts of 179rs each. But the price on the packets of products is written 278rs and the price tag on tshirts is 179rs.
So, i want to say that the refund of 99rs each should be given to me....

I had bought a US Pollo Shirt (Order ID: # 1178129 [protected]). I received this on18th July evening, and when I opened the parcel, I realized it was a linen cloth and not a cotton one. I immediately raised a return request, and it was picked up by the boy on 19th July. He opened and checked the entire shirt for stains and if all tags were intact. He said it looks good, and went away.
Later after some time I got a message from Myntra...

I am very upset with the service that myntra provides to its customers.
I am unable to return a product only bcoz i clicked to collect the insider points by mistake. They do not even have the provision to reverse those points and enable customers to return/ exchange. This is just about a bad trick to retain customers money and not return them.
I connected with their customer support over calls and twitter but they keep saying...

I placed an order on 18 july on myntra of amount 463 Inr, amount deducted from my Icici bank account through UPI.
now i have not seen any order placed in my account and there is no any option with me to refund my money.

how is this happened by a reputed online shopping app/company.?

I received damaged product and I placed that order on return. Myntra rejected my return request by saying it is damaged product and can't be returned. Its been a month the Myntra app is showing me the order is out for pickup....

I bought a jeans o[censored]CB in may month which was defected & the product was not same as shown in the photo so i returned that jeans on 16th of may. Till now my return is on hold for no reason i called myntra customer care several times but nothing is done by myntra in my favour so finally I’m complaining a consumer complaint against myntra.

I ordered a black T-shirt from roadster in Myntra at Rs. 224. I paid the amount through Gpay. The amount was debited from my bank. But later the order got cancelled automatically in myntra. When will my amount get refunded?

Account is locked/blocked from past 6 months, customer care is not at all helping to resolve the matter.
After purchasing so many items & being a consistent user in return i get this kind of treatment. Urge you to resolve this.

Hi, I did a transaction on 18th july 2021 and amount was debited from my account. But the order was not placed. Please look into matter and do the needful....

The delivery boy had come for return pickup, the product was as it is and packed in a non sealed cover, he opened it checked it and said he won't take it. Then he threw the clothes unfolded and spoke very rudely. Then came back after two minutes and rudely asked to fold the clothes. He was being arrogant and rude for no reason....
