We would like your help to resolve the issue.
We have ordered an item from Myntra, While Return this item due to poor quality issues it’s get always rejected with out getting call from courier service.

Informed the same to customer care for many times & didn’t get any much help from their side.

We used to get return accept mail after few days again got mail saying it’s rejected.br...

The person who made the delivery was very rude while speaking on the phone as well as in person.He threw the product very rudely and went off. Even if social distancing is being followed he has no right to throw the product that way. There were many other people who place the parcel on the doorstep and left...

The cause of action arose after I placed an order with Myntra in June of 2020, Order ID #[protected], on 21st June when the pickup for scheduled.

The order contained three products.
1. H&M, Women Black Seamless Sports Bralette (Size XS) - 1499/-

So as i ordered my product from myntra the order didn't not get placed but the transaction happened. So the amount ₹2138 got deducted without any orders . I contacted my bank and myntra various time but my money didn't back . it's 3 month now...

I purchased Pepe Jeans shorts and they were delivered to me on 8th Oct 2020 with rest of the order. I want to return them as the quality is poor and customer executive says since I have claimed the insider points, I cannot return it.
First of all I did not claim it knowingly as I did not claim for the rest of the products in the order.
Secondly if a customer does claim the insider points by mistake, Myntra should allow them...
