Money deducted in internet banking for myntra but ordr not placed and even that transaction is not shown on transaction list...

I have added an amount of Rs. 2000 to Myntra account with Mobile Number [protected] and Name Shreyas. After adding an amount of Rs. 2000, Myntra.com locked account with number [protected] from logging in/accessing. Because of which I am unable to utilise my money from last 10 days.
I feel Myntra.com is doing a big scam by collecting public money and refusing them to access by locking their account....

I didn't receive my product with a price tag and that was not of my size so wanted to exchange it. But the exchange was rejected due to no price tag. That is your fault. This was our first purchase and we are very sad abt this. I want to exchange the product...
