I have ordered 12 items in Myntra and I ve received 5 of the items already and I got a message stating 6 of the items has been out for delivery. Myntra guy delivered the package to my neighborhood and left. They have given me the parcel after sometime. May parents opened the parcel and in that only 3 items was present and 3 was missing but I can see Bill of 6 items. When I checked with my parents they told only 3 was there.. I was missing 3 of Tshirts, when I contacted contact center they told the package was delivered in sealed manner so they are closing the ticket. I keep saying that during packing itself they might ve forget it. The contact center again never contacted me to tell resolution they just copy pasting the same response and trying to close the issue.
I am using myntra for longer time I never faced such issue and never recorded to prove that while opening itself the content was missing. So I am asking to show me the parcel weight content which they have couriered and the content of weight which I have ie 3 dress since both will be same from that itself I can prove that 3 dress they missed during the warehouse itself. But they not even listening and I am facing loss of 1000 Rupees.
Worst customer service which I have ever seen since they keep doing the copy paste and never call u and discuss the problems. Please record all ur courier content since myntra and flipkart behaves like a cheap company. I am regretting that I ve valued them more and purchased for more than 20k in previous years... They again proves it s worst customer service. I will stop buying going forward.
I hope karma takes care all of them who handled this case and company itself. I ll make sure my friends never buy from Myntra. Was this information helpful? |
