I have ordered 'JBL T500BT Powerful Bass Wireless on-ear Headphones with Mic' on 12-Oct-2020 having order Id[protected]-2338401.
We got it delivered on 15-Oct-2020.
But we received wrong product, headphone is not same headphone which i have ordered. I have received some different headphones.
It was very tough to reach out to them, when you will call customer care, they will ask you to send email, when you send email they say they are not accepting emails and asks you to reach out through 'Contact Us' through Myntra App. When yo will try to contact using 'Contact Us', it will always be like 'all our agents are busy'. (Please refer screenshots)
After trying for hours somehow we managed to chat with an agent. They registered IN[protected].
On this issue, they are always updating below message since last 6 days :
'Dear Customer,
This e-mail is with regards to your concern raised with us.We apologize for the inconvenience caused and delay in response. Please be assured that we are already looking into this & will get back to you within 48 hours.We value your association with Myntra and thank you for your support & cooperation.Regards
Team Myntra'.
They are trying to avoid giving updates or dosen't looks like they are bothered to look into the issue, so complaining here.
Please help us from this FRAUD.
