Hi, i had purchased a fastrack analogue watch from myntra.com on 29.9.2020. It was worth ₹2835/-. I did not like it because of size problem. O did not notice at that time that it was also not working. I asked for exchange again the same wrong colour was sent. I issued a return request and mentioned size problem in it. But next day, when the agent came to pick it up, he mentioned quality check failed and put that return on hold as it was not working. No mail was answered. After a call request to customer care, myntra first of all misguided me to exchange it from titan and gave me their customer care number. But titan said it will be returned by seller only..
Then in next call, they said that your claim to return can not be accomodated as the product was sent in proper condition...
But it was not working earlier also... Now, acc. To them, issue is resolved and return on hold. No further action is being done.. Please help!
