I ordered a Levis Shirt Which is not fitting for me which costs 2k .
I sent it back but the order was rejected by saying that there is a perfume smell .but it is cheating and I won't agree to it because I checked for a couple of seconds and placed it on the same cover.
i called customer support multiple times, you people also said that please collect the order and you people help further but when i called after taking the return from you the voice from your side is changed by saying it is not possible to take retur.
Everything is recorded on mobile .I will take it to the consumer forum and I can go to any extent. Was this information helpful? |
