Recently I purchased 2 kurta sets from Myntra, from the same brand Indo Era. I received a package on 23rd October and inside the package I found the invoice which showed that the package should have two products (i.e.2 kurta sets), but I received only one kurta set. The missing product is 'INDO ERA WOMEN BROWN AND ORANGE YOKE DESIGN KURTA WITH PALLAZOS AND DUPATTA'. The package was not tampered and it was opened by me.
On putting forward a complaint regarding the missing product, my complaint is getting turned down again and again. I have talked to customer care helpline numerous times still it is the same everytime.
I paid for the product and did not receive it. Why will I lose my money for the packaging fault? Was this information helpful? |
