On 18 of september, I ordered some clothes from Myntra worth INR 8000, out of which I got items worth INR 1471 within 2-3 days. The delivery date for rest of the items worth INR 6529 was 25 September but I didn't got anything. SO, I raised a complaint about the same. I tries to contact them, put mails, tweets but got no reply. Finally on 7th October, I got a text message from Myntra about my order which says that "Due to some internal issue you order got cancelled. We have initiated your refund of INR 6529 and it will reflect on 17 of October." My orders were prepaid and I paid them through flexypay for which I have to pay 1st EMI on tomorrow. Now 17 of October is almost passed and I got nothing. Today noon, I contact their customer executive. Firstly he told me that My payment gateway got error at the time of ordering that's why orders got cancelled. If this was the reason then why I got 3 items and why did they initiated the refund and why the load amount is still 8000 which is reflecting in my account. This clearly shows that their employees got no I formation no knowledge. Then I told him about this story and he assures me that I will be getting refund before midnight. Is it some kind of joke for Myntra. I want strict action against Myntra and also want my 6529 rupees back.
