I received an order on the 2nd of October, for which I kept a return pickup request the same day due to size issues. A day after this, I got a message mentioning that 'your return request failed quality check' without any one coming and checking the item's quality. I raised a complaint with their customer care, they assured that the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours. I then received a call from the pickup service asking my location and after I told my address, he said he can come only the next day. The pickup date was then abruptly extended till the 14th of October. I had mentioned that I am in need of the refund amount and requested to make it soon. The next day I could see that the return pickup date was extended to the 19th of October. I again raised a complaint to the customer service, post which I received a call from pickup guy telling that he would pick it up that day. The next day morning(i.e today), I woke up to see a message that 'Your return request was declined' and no reasons mentioned. This is very frustrating and such an ill mannered response. I called the customer care and they assured a call back from their senior executive, but no one has reached out to me so far. Was this information helpful? |
