I initiated a return on 11 july 2021. I was notified that the delivery agent would pickup my order the next day that was 12 july 2021. But he didn't called me on 12th instead i called him and he said that he will pick this up at 13th july.in evening, the very same day i got a call from the delivery agent, i received it but no one spoke on the other side. I called him back he didn't answer. I think he wanted to prove that he called me but i didn't answer that's why he couldn't pick my order. The day it goes the same. He didn't called me when i called and said he had to pick my order he immediately cut the call. after that i called him several time he cut my call every single time and in evening he called and before i could say anything he cut my call. This is very pathetic customer service that you are providing myntra. If you don't want your customers to have accessibility to return or exchange the faulty item that you have sent them then why have you written on your website that you have 30 day easy return and exchange facility.
