We have been a customer of Myntra since many year, unlikely this is one of the incident where we had ordered Amazefit GTR ( Black) watch using the Myntra App. Product was delivered on 26th Oct, however the box was empty.
Upper cover of the package was intact, whereas the inside box was torn ( sideways).
We raised a complaint immediately, for which the date to get this query resolved was marked as 29th Oct-20, however the query was closed from back end on 28th Oct-20, when I ( personally) reached the customer care, I got to know that they ( Myntra) had packed and dispatched the product form their end, however it is not their lookout why the product was not delivered or received.
We ave invested our hard earned money of around Rs, 10, 000, this incident has left us shaken with no fault of ours.
