I had ordered shoes from Max on Myntra and when I received (delivered on Oct 22, 2020 at 1:30pm), it was extremely dirty, old and had ink marks all over the shoes and sole. Within 5 minutes of delivery, I placed a return request (placed on Oct 22, 2020 at 1:41pm) thinking if I delay more, they might not accept it. But, the pickup agent looked at the product and said that it has been used by me. This is ridiculous since I have immediately placed return request and even tried to give it back to the agent on the same day (when he had arrived to deliver another product) but he refused. Then, I got a message saying my return request is put on hold and when I told him to take it, he said he'll show it to his manager, and if he accepts, I will get a refund and if he doesn't, he will return the product to me. But, till now I have neither received a refund nor received the product. This is terrible, I have decided to not shop in Myntra at all. It is extremely pathetic service and the customer care is always unavailable.
I want my money back.
