The cause of action arose after I placed an order with Myntra in June of 2020, Order ID #[protected], on 21st June when the pickup for scheduled.
The order contained three products.
1. H&M, Women Black Seamless Sports Bralette (Size XS) - 1499/-
2. H&M, Women Grey Double-Layered Running Short (Size 25) - 1499/-
3. Allen Solly, Women White Slip-On Sneakers (Size 5) - 1624/-
However, due to a misunderstanding, the order was placed to my old temporary residence addresses from where I had shifted back due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Allen Solly, Women White Slip-On Sneakers (Size 5), was soon cancelled and the refund was generated.
However, H&M's two products were processed and thus could not be returned thereafter and not cancelled.
The order was paid was a paid order.
My concern starts from when the product was delivered by the delivery guy without contacting me to the guard of my temporary apartment building.
It is of importance to know that the two H&M products were delivered on the same day and in a same packet.
Soon after knowing that the products were delivered, I initiated the return request. However, the pickup for the two products were scheduled for different days.
Because the product was delivered to the guard, he did not open the package. And when the delivery guy came, he offered the same single packed that he possessed. The delivery guy without checking what's inside it, took the entire package, containing two products against one return. Again, it was the duty of the Myntra delivery guy to check the product before returning.
This came to my knowledge when the date for second product return (H&M, Women Black Seamless Sports Bralette (Size XS)) came and there was no product to return as both were given back to Myntra in the same previous package.
Thus, products worth 2998 were returned against which I received only 1499 for H&M, Women Grey Double-Layered Running Short (Size 25). Since then, I have contacted Myntra multiple times, sharing my concern. However, every time they insisted on contacting me back with some details but they never did.
I am tired of requesting them to look into my concern as they are unhelpful as it can get.
Currently, the status on my "H&M, Women Black Seamless Sports Bralette (Size XS)" says 'Return Rejected because quality check failed'. This is utterly untrue as the product was not even opened nevertheless worn and tested to hinder with the quality requirement.
I have filed this complained to get my 1499/- Rs. against H&M, Women Black Seamless Sports Bralette (Size XS), which I rightly deserve.
Please assist me by making Myntra initiate the same against my order.
