When i got the product i found it defective and after an hour only i applied for exchange and in that they gave me the reason of product being defective or wrong which proves that they has the facility of exchange even for damaged product but when i called on cc they said that defective piece cant be exchanged but inspite of that they accepted my request of exchange on one hand and without my permission initiated the refund process and when the delivery boy came to exchange the product he said that he did not got any information about it and asked me to call cc again .
this is clearly being very unethical of them and also neither i got exchange my product nor di i got my fund but still they sent me a message that my query has been resolved.
I haven't seen such kind o[censored]nethical business practice on online -platform which is made for our convenience and so that we can buy products of our choice but sseing myntra's policy i can see neither it provides me convenience nor allows me to buy products of my choice
i must say i am highly diappointed by MYNTRA this time. you guys really need to very fair and ethical regarding your practices. Was this information helpful? |
