Myntra.com — Regarding product delay delivery

I have order a product on 30th June but the excepted date of delivery was 17 July but till Today (i.e 24 July 2020) i didn't got the delivery and while tracking the order the application only show like shipped but doesn't show accurate detail about the shipment were the actual product is and myntra should work on the delivery status details it should be shown clear as customer can know the accurate place were the product even if we call to customer care they also will not be knowing the were is the product actually. so myntra should show the details of delivery as other eCommerce companies do
