Please stop scamming customers of their money. Just for the past month i have ordered at least 15-20 products from you guys. And when I try to return JUST 2 products that YOU SENT DAMAGED, the return KEEPS GETTING DENIED.
I placed the return request THE SAME DAY i received the products and yet the company says that they FAILED QUALITY CHECK.
I wouldn’t have to return it if the company had NOT SEND DAMGED PRODUCTS IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I am LITERALLY fed up of calling you guys every day and waiting for the “so-called call” your agents always say they have arranged. Was this information helpful? |
