Myntra.com — Return on hold / saying used product

I had ordered one Nike shoe which i returned due to very poor quality and size issue. I got a message that due to retern of the used product the refund is on hold. I have returned the product the next day only and also the Pickup guy didn't mention any issue so how could they refuse now. So in this i raised a complaint that i had returned the product as it is And I also have proof. Myntra can't show me the proof that they had dispatched the product with the original tags. That's why I hate shopping in Myntra they don't give the quality and service at all.
So here i'm to tell the clear fraud by myntra.
Please someone help me to get my refund back since the ount is 2466.
I have attached the screenshot for the same
And also the proof that it is not a used product that i have returned.
