I purchased Pepe Jeans shorts and they were delivered to me on 8th Oct 2020 with rest of the order. I want to return them as the quality is poor and customer executive says since I have claimed the insider points, I cannot return it.
First of all I did not claim it knowingly as I did not claim for the rest of the products in the order.
Secondly if a customer does claim the insider points by mistake, Myntra should allow them to return the product. Insider points should not be used as an excuse or a cheap marketing trick to prevent consumers for returning the order.
Thirdly customer relations should matter to Myntra and not the insider points. Was this information helpful? |
