Dear Myntra Team,
It is really shocking that I have placed exchange request for wrong men Black jeans for a different size and I have received a totally different and irrelevant product .
I had raised a complaint in your customer care and I was assured that this issue will be resolved by 17th June 2020.
Instead of that i have received a mail on 15th June 2020 that my claim has been declined(pls refer trailing mail) .
Since I was not able to check my mail immediately I am replying to it now.
Instead of acknowledging the mistake your team has declined it totally saying that a lot of quality checks happen before dispatch.
If this is the case you need to look into your quality dept immediately and make amends to your customer interface.
This is a pathetic customer experience as I have been a regular customer here .
